Braydon Barrett Wasson, a beloved husband, father, son, and friend passed away on May 5, 2024, in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on April 8, 1995, in Phoenix, Arizona, being born to his loving parents, Barrett and Melinda (Bagley) Wasson. Braydon's departure has left a void in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Growing up, Braydon's passion for tinkering and fixing things blossomed at a young age with his dad and brothers. This passion led him to pursue a career as a diesel mechanic, where his skill and love for his craft shone brightly. Growing up in Rolla where there's not a whole lot to do, he learned to be a mechanic quickly for entertainment purposes. He graduated with the Rolla High School class of 2014. Braydon was very much loved by his class and the school staff. He and his three brothers have always had a bond of fast cars, trucks, four wheelers, and fixing things.

Braydon married his love, Fatima Morales- Gomez on February 11, 2017 and have been unbreakable since. He was great husband and friend to her, their love was strong. Together they are raising two beautiful children, Destinee and Jaxson.

Beyond his career accomplishments, Braydon will be remembered for the love he shared with his family. As a devoted husband to Fatima, their bond was unbreakable. His children, Destinee and Jaxson, meant the world to him from their time of birth, and his gentle presence will forever be cherished by those who witnessed the beautiful relationship he had with them. Destinee and Jaxson spent a lot time at the shop watching their daddy and playing with his tools. Braydon just recently taught Destinee how to cook fried bread.

In his passing, Braydon is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Linda Bagley; paternal grandfather Kenneth Wasson; maternal great-grandparents Wayne and Majorie Mendenhall; and uncle Mike Lincoln.
