Carolina Sanchez Moreno, 18, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2020, at Southwest Medical Center, Liberal, Kansas.
She was born to Bernardo and Marta (Moreno) Sanchez on September 20, 2001 in Chalchihuites, Zac, Mexico.
Carolina loved and adored her fiancé, Fernando Fransisco Orozco. She and Fransisco were getting married this month and moving to Colorado. They loved spending time with one another and exploring. They enjoyed time spent together shopping, visiting family, and cooking with each other. They always loved to go dancing together.
She recently graduated Hugoton High School with the Class of 2020. Carolina was immensely proud of her accomplishment. She enjoyed school and being around her classmates.
Carolina loved listening to music, singing, dancing, drawing. She enjoyed playing with her nieces and nephews. Always enjoyed telling jokes, loved to smile, and helping others. She loved to do different makeup styles. She liked to ride motorcycles and horses. She was very fond of her dog “Alegria” Most of all she enjoyed her family and spending time with them.
Survivors include parents, Bernardo and Marta Sanchez, Hugoton, KS.; fiancé, Fernando Fransisco Orozco, Hugoton, KS.; brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 1, 2020, 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton.
Rosary service will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2020, 7 P.M., at St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton, Kansas. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at 11 A.M. at St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton, Kansas.
