Charles T. Dallan, 72, was born on May 12, 1948 in Ransom, Kansas to Charles and Fern Dallan. He passed away from this life on December 30, 2020 at Stevens County Hospital. He is survived by daughter Dione (Kyle) Bluemel - Pocatello, ID, sisters: Judy Bagby and Barbara Dallan - Holton, KS, Ginger Cantrell, Debbie Settlemyer and Cheri (Terry) Kuehn- Hugoton, KS, Grandson D.J. Bluemel and great grandson Bentley Bluemel - Pocatello, ID and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He is preceded in death by parents Charles and Fern Dallan, sister Betty LaCore, brothers Mike Dallan and Tony Dallan.
Charles worked most of his life doing construction working for Fluor Daniels. In his spare time, he loved to fish, watch NASCAR, and the Kansas City Chiefs. He was an avid fan of Jimmy Johnson and loved to cheer for car #48!
A memorial has been established for the Pheasant Heaven Charities. Memorials may be mailed to Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 236, Hugoton, KS 67951.
