DINAH (RUSHING) BAKER
Dianah Baker, 71, died on Friday, January 1, 2016 at Bob Wilson Grant County Memorial Hospital, Ulysses, KS.
The daughter of William Robert & Nora Virginia (McGlohon) Rushing, she was born on July 17, 1944, Pine Buff, AR.
She was a member of the Country view Baptist Church and Gideon’s Auxiliary.
She and Alfred Baker were married on October 18, 1990 at Ulysses, KS.
Survivors include husband Alfred Baker, Ulysses, KS, 6 sons, Daniel Lorlvick, McAlester, OK, Kenneth Lorlovick, Floresville, TX, Chris Lorlovick, Randy Baker & wife Vicky, Brando, FL, Micky Baker, Weatherford, TX; a daughter, Susan Rector & husband Sean, Bartlesville, OK; 2 sisters, Jennifer Hawkins & husband Hugh, Ulysses, KS, Michelle Lamberson & husband Wayne, Ulysses, KS; 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial has been established for Country View Baptist Church in care of Children’s Home Mexico City or Gideon’s. Memorial may be mailed to Grant County Funeral Home 218 S. Main St. Ulysses, KS. 67880.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2016, 10:00 A.M. at Country View Baptist Church, Ulysses, KS and burial will be at Ulysses Cemetery, Ulysses, KS.
Grant County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be Wednesday 2PM to 8PM and Thursday 10AM to 8PM at the funeral home.
