Glenda “Grammy” Sue Cox, 77, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019, Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, Hugoton, KS.
She was born to Charles Hildred & Lola Bernadine (Jackson) Cantrell on January 14, 1942, Yuba City, CA.
Glenda was a member of Hugoton Baptist Church. Glenda loved and enjoyed her family. She was a Daycare Provider for years and enjoyed all the kids that came through Grammy’s Daycare.
Survivors include husband, Ray Cox, Hugoton, KS.; a daughter, Deleta Hoskinson & husband Jeff, Hugoton, KS.; two sons, Brian Cox & wife Sandy, Meade, KS., Christopher Cox, Hugoton, KS.; three brothers, JC Cantrell, Bill Cantrell, Hugoton, KS., Jim Cantrell & wife Sally, Seily, TX.; a sister, Sheryn Garverick, Hugoton, KS.; 5 grandchildren, BayLee, Dallie, and Laney Hoskinson, Hugoton, KS; Kolten and Stormy Cox, Dodge City, KS., and other relatives and friends.
Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Charlie Cantrell.
A memorial has been established to Pheasant Heaven Charities. Memorials may be mailed to Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 236, Hugoton, KS 67951.
Visitation will be Monday, August 19, 2019, 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Tuesday, August 20, 2019, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at Hugoton Baptist Church, Hugoton, KS, at 10 a.m. and graveside service following at Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton, KS.
Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton is in charge of arrangements.
