Ignacio Santillan, 70, passed on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, Hugoton, KS.
He was the son of Jesus and Maria (Valles) De Luz, he was born on July 31, 1947 in Rancho Nuevo Chihuahua, Mexico.
He and Cruz Montoya were married on August 20, 1967 in Mexico. They just recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
Survivors include wife, Cruz Santillan, Moscow, KS.; a son, Raul Santillan & wife Holly, Denver City, TX.; two daughters, Lucila Santillan & husband Esteban Garcia, Moscow, KS., & Rosa Santillan-Vasquez & husband Valentin, Harlingen, TX.; a sister, Rafaela Jimenez, Mexico; seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Maria Elena, three brothers and nine sisters.

Rosary Services will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 6PM at St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton, KS.
Mass Services will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 3PM at St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton, KS and burial following at Moscow Cemetery, Moscow, KS.
Friends may call Saturday 2PM to 8PM and Sunday 10AM to 4PM at the funeral home.
