Landon Drew Pister

Landon Drew Pister beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend was taken from earth on Thursday, September 14, 2023.  

Landon was born to Gary and Denise (Cox) Pister on May 25, 1988 in Ulysses, Kansas.

Landon got Married to April Bales, in November of 2012. They welcomed a son Ace Landon Pister who was born on July 25, 2013.  Ace suddenly passed away on August 13, 2013.  Ace was Landon’s world. Landon worked on himself and later met Sabrina Lauppe.  Landon fell in love with Sabrina's children TJ and Renae and thought of them as his own. On July 17, 2019 Landon and Sabrina welcomed Harvey Drew Douglas Pister into the world.  

You could describe Landon as a giant teddy bear.  He was rough on the outside but, had a lot of love on the inside.  From a young age Landon helped his mom take care of the family.  At the age of twelve Landon would help his mom install cable and run a snow plow business in South Dakota.  He was always ready to go work, but he also loved to play with hot wheel cars with his brother Dalton. Landon grew to love driving semi trucks, with the help from an honorary Father figure Daune Hahn, Landon got to build and run his own truck. He also enjoyed riding his Harley in his free time. He ran into a few bumps during life but, the past few months Landon enjoyed spending time with his family.

Landon is survived by his Mother, Denise McLennan, Father, Gary (Cindy) Pister, Son, Harvey Pister, Sisters, Dawnielle (Jan) Evert, Chelsea (Micheal ) Pesicka, Tammy ( Dexter) Koehn, Kristy (Bill) Collins,  Brothers, Dalton Pister, Gary (Jennifer) Pister, TJ (Shauna) Pister, and Brad (Alicia) Pister.  Landon had numerous nephews and nieces that will greatly miss him.  He had a special bond with Audreana, Adalynn, Logan, Annalien, Bentley, Jameson and Alazae.  The last few months Landon enjoyed spending time with them being the goofy Uncle. 

Landon was preceded in death by his son, Ace Pister,  maternal grandparents, Janice (Frank) Elder, and Donald Cox, paternal grandparents, Theodore (Helen) Pister,  Niece, Annika Evert, and a special friend Harvey O’Connell.
