RICHARD DWAYNE “ANDY” ANDERSON

Richard Dwayne “Andy” Anderson, 80, died on Monday, March 6, 2017 at his residence.
He was the son of Fred C. & Dorothy “Olinger” Anderson, he was born on April 1, 1936, Stevens County, Kansas. He was a lifetime resident of Stevens County.
He and Rachel Catherine Well were married on February 26, 1956 at Clayton, NM. She preceded him in death on November 21, 2012.
He loved his family and enjoyed being with them. He enjoyed life with his friends and loved to tease them.
He work for the City of Hugoton for 40 years and retired. He was a bus driver for Hugoton Schools.
Survivors include a son, Rick Anderson, Canton, KS; granddaughter, Amanda Anderson, Salina, KS; great granddaughter Cynthia Lockhart, Salina, KS; a brother, Larry Anderson & Wife Velda, Ulysses, KS; other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by his parents, sister, Barbara Palmer, brother, Robert Anderson.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 10:30 AM at First Christian Church, Hugoton, KS and burial Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton with Pastor Heath Kelley presiding.
Friends may call Thursday 10AM to 8PM at the funeral home.
