Ronald Lee Phillips-Patton (January 24, 1939 - March 3, 2025)

It is with great sadness that the family of Ronald Lee Phillips-Patton announces his passing on Monday, March 3rd 2025, Ronald passed away at the age of 86 in Tulsa, OK.

Ronald is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Phillips-Patton. They shared 56 years together and built a beautiful family. Ronald will be remembered lovingly by their four children: Sharon Phillips of Fayetteville, AR, Karen Phillips of Tulsa, OK, Patricia and husband Gary Heise of Bella Vista, AR, and Ronnie Phillips and wife Patrisha Sutton of Japan. He will also be remembered lovingly by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Ronald loved his family and friends deeply and was loved deeply in return. He spent many afternoons and evenings connecting with loved ones over the phone, often teasing them while reminiscing. Ronald's playful antics and silly sense of humor were well-known. He loved the Razorbacks and old western movies. You could often find him on the weekends calling the hogs with his faithful four-legged friends right by his side: Lola, Heidi, Sissy, Jay Jay, Neko, and Domino.

Ronald served in the military and was very proud of his family, which also chose to serve. Ronald dedicated 30 years of work at Wal-Mart and an additional 10 years at Hurricane.

Ronald brought light and laughter to many lives. He will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Ronald may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association.

A celebration of life and graveside services will be held at Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton, KS on March 29th, 2025 at 10:00am
