Survivors include, Father, Mike Valdez & Wife Raylene Menard Tx.; Brothers, Mike Valdez, Minneola Ks, Isaac Valdez, Austin Tx, Brady Valdez, Menard Tx, Christian Valdez, Florida, Brance Phelps, Ault Co, Bravane Alex Phelps, Ulysses Ks, Jeramy Rendon Menard Tx, Gage Rendon, Menard Tx.; Sisters, Britley Phelps, Ulysses Ks, Lilly Valdez, Mission Tx, Kayla Pope, San Angelo Tx.; Grandparents, Donnie & Peggy Phelps, Ulysses Ks, Dora Valdez, Ulysses Ks, Mike Valdez, Houston Tx.;Seven nephews, Two Nieces.; Many uncles and Aunts and other relatives and friends.
She preceded in death by her mother, Shannon Phelps.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday August 18, 2016 at 10AM at Shelton Memorial Christian Church, Ulysses Ks.
Visitation will be on Wednesday at 4PM to 9PM at the funeral home.
